Business name, currency, logo, email, phone, address, and Tax / VAT / GST ID are saved automatically on this browser and reused for your next invoice. Quotes, estimates, paid receipts, and shipping details are also stored locally with their document. We do not upload or store this content on our servers. No account or recovery key is needed.
Your draft and past invoices are stored on this device in the current browser when local storage is available. Use Saved invoices to open them again. New invoices do not delete older saved invoices. Records remain until you delete them or the browser removes site data. Clearing cookies and site data can remove records; clearing browsing history alone may not. Private browsing, browser cleanup, storage limits, and device loss can affect retention. Keep downloaded PDF copies because this website provides no server backup, cross-device sync, or recovery of deleted browser data.
