2. 100% Client-Side Processing (No AI APIs)
Unlike tools that forward your sensitive financial information to third-party artificial intelligence services or external cloud APIs, our prompt parser is built purely in client-side JavaScript. When you type prompts such as "Invoice to Acme Ltd with 18% GST", the text is evaluated entirely on your device with zero remote network requests.
3. Your invoices stay in your browser
Business name, currency, logo, email, phone, address, and Tax / VAT / GST ID are saved automatically on this browser and reused for your next invoice. Quotes, estimates, paid receipts, and shipping details are also stored locally with their document. We do not upload or store this content on our servers. No account or recovery key is needed.
Your business details, logo, current draft, and past invoices are saved in this browser’s local storage when storage is available. Select Saved invoices to find and reopen past invoices. Creating a new invoice keeps previously saved invoices. The website does not set an automatic expiry or silently remove older invoices.
These invoices are available on the same device, browser profile, and website address. They do not sync to other browsers or devices. Anyone with access to that browser profile may be able to open them.
You can delete an invoice from Saved invoices. Clearing this website’s cookies and site data in your browser can remove all saved invoices and business details. Clearing browsing history alone does not necessarily clear local storage. Private browsing may delete storage when the session ends. Browser cleanup, storage limits, or device loss can also remove or prevent saving data. The site shows a warning if it cannot save. Download a PDF for a lasting copy; we cannot recover data removed from your browser.
4. No analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies
This website includes no Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, tracking pixels, advertising scripts, third-party fonts, or behavioral tracking. It does not set cookies. Invoice calculations, logo handling, saving, and PDF generation happen on your device. Your invoice content is not sent to us or to an AI service.
Your browser still requests the website’s files from its hosting server. The hosting provider may keep standard connection or security logs, depending on its configuration; this is separate from the invoice data held in your browser. External websites you choose to open have their own privacy policies.
Currency suggestions
The initial currency is suggested locally from your device time zone and browser region. We do not contact an IP lookup service, request precise location, or send these settings to an outside service. This is a best guess, not proof of your current country.
